The HUB will consolidate data from various sources, querying and analysing data to help identify and eliminate problems before they grow.
We develop forecasting abilities to help to take corrective action in time, and help put into place key performance indicators to monitor efficiency of supply chains against operational targets set up by clients. Several financial / non-financial metrics / key performance indicators will be used to assess state of the business and to prescribe a course of action.
